The proposed construction is to provide a "new concrete sidewalk," from the Steele’s Avenue sidewalk, traveling across the grass area of the Home Depot site and leading downward to the existing concrete apron of the Store Entrance area. The proposed walkway is designed to follow the existing grading and be a modest and compliant slope for sidewalks. The concrete sidewalk is 1.8 M wide by 35.1 M long.
