Replace building exterior finishes and signage as per the attached elevation drawings to meet the current national standards for A & W and Petro Canada as they have changed since construction. No changes to building area height, parking or site layout. Sign Permit will be submitted separately. Proposed changes are for the elevations only, not for any interior changes or to road/parking lot.
