To construct an anaerobic digestion facility to process solid and liquid organic material. The facility will produce renewable natural gas (RNG) and liquid fertilizer. The site will consist of weigh scales, on process building, a tank farm, waste gas burners, odor control systems, a stormwater management pond and a parking area.
