The purpose this "Limited Site Plan Application Stream" is to request minor modifications to the industrial Warehouse Building specific to the following proposed revisions: 1) Addition of a new Pedestrian Entrance 2) Addition of a new Drive-up Door 3) Addition of a 4th Loading Bay 4) Addition of a second floor (Mezzanine Office)
