The proposed development consists of a 3-storey Peel Region Paramedic Station, comprising 7,438.72m2 GFA. Proposed bicycle parking on site remains 24 secure bicycle spaces and 14 short-term spaces. Proposed vehicle parking remains 203 spaces, comprising ambulance stalls, accessible stalls, staff and visitor parking, motorcycle parking, and ERV stalls. Site Plan information from the previous proposal remains the same, except that a toe wall is proposed along the northwestern side of the site.
