This correspondence is to clarify that the request for revision to the approved Site Plan Application SP17-007.000 pertains solely to the replacement of the watermain and minor site servicing and grading modifications, as depicted in the accompanying site servicing and grading plans. The site plan and architectural elevations were subject to a Limited Site Plan Approval in October 2022 and no alterations to the architectural drawings are proposed in this revision.
