The Proposed Development is a commercial retail plaza, including three (3) one-storey retail buildings, and one (1) two-storey retail/office building. This represents a total of approximately 2,286 square metres (24,606 square feet) of total GFA. The two-storey building will front the Heritage Road and Brasstown Valley Trail intersection and intends to mirror a sister building to the south (on Block 212), creating a framed entrance to the community east of Heritage Road.
