To redesignate the subject lands from “Mid-Rise Mixed-Use” to “High-Rise Mixed-Use”. Proposed amendment will facilitate two towers of 45 and 42-storeys and FSI of 7.38 for 952 residential units. The towers share a 4-storey podium containing at-grade commercial space. The subject lands are within the Weston 7 Secondary Plan area, which is currently under review and not in effect.
