To facilitate a 22m monopole telecommunication tower with a 15 square metre compound, a 56.4 square metre utility access, a 20.7 square metre utility cabinet and a 15.3 square metre utility cabinet. The development is proposed to be located in the northeast corner of the subject lands and access is proposed to be provided by an existing access via Thistlewood Avenue. The existing building on the subject lands is proposed to be maintained without modification.
