To amend VOP 2010 by amending Section 4.2.2.2 of the Woodbridge Centre Secondary Plan (WCSP) to include 8277 Islington Ave within this section, and amending schedules 2,3 and 4 of the WCSP to extend height and density permission approved for 8265 & 8277 Islington to permit a 6-storey residential apartment building with 80 residential units at 2.5 FSI. Two (2) levels of underground parking and a total of 135 parking spaces are proposed.
