The application will facilitate the development of 60 future townhouse units (42 general + 18 block), 134 apartment units, 129 seniors’ residential units and blocks for a future school, open space, buffers, a road widening and reserves. The existing Jaffari Community Centre, elementary school and place of worship is proposed to remain.
