Proposal to subdivide the subject site for 8 single-detached residential lots having a minimum width of 12.2 metres, a NHS buffer block, 5 residential reserve blocks of which 2 blocks will serve as a temporary road access to Creditview Road, a Creditview Road right of way widening and the extension of Maybeck Drive.
