To facilitate the development of 155 townhouse units over 24 residential blocks. The proposed development currently contemplates 84 front loaded (street) townhouses, 11 dual frontage townhouses, 60 back-to-back townhouses, and a total of 310 parking spaces. Access to the proposed subdivision will be provided via an entrance onto Weston Road and an extension to existing Lichen Court from the south.
