The proposed project is in regards to the Bhavani Shankar Mandir & Cultural Centre at 90 Nexus Ave, Brampton, ON, L6P 3R6, and 98 Nexus Ave, Brampton, ON, L6P 2K9 which received Site Plan (SP) approval on September 27, 2013, under file number SP 12-044-000.
In response to the pre-consultation meeting PRE-2024-0130, The site was originally divided into two phases. Phase 1 has been completed and is fully occupied, while Phase 2 is deleted, so the temple’s occupancy remains unchanged. Our proposal
