The Owner submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application and a Draft Plan of Subdivision application to permit lots for 27 detached dwelling units and three blocks to develop with the adjacent lands for three detached dwelling units. The western most lots will front onto Timber Creek Boulevard, the southern most lots will front onto Woodgate Pines Drive, and the balance of the lots will front onto a proposed extension of Port Royal Avenue.
