OPA 136 proposes to amend the Secondary Plan (updating OPA 90) to direct future growth and development to the Ballantrae settlement area, focused primarily along Highway 48 and Aurora Road in a manner that continues to maintain the ‘village’ character of the community. OPA 136 contemplates an additional population of 630 people within the Ballantrae area, subject to appropriate servicing being in place.
