North of Highway 7, East of Keele Street

To amend OPA 660 to create tertiary plan for the northern portion of the Concord GO Centre and has been developed pursuant to OPA 660 and, if approved, would amend the in-effect City of Vaughan Official Plan. The proposed development consists of approximately 3,953 residential units, 58,518 m2 of office space, 19,124 m2 of commercial/retail uses with an overall net density of 3.85 FSI and building heights ranging from 6 to 38 storeys.
