To redevelop the lands with a multi-phase mixed use development consisting of approximately 1,066 dwelling
units and approximately 2,977 square metres (+/- 32,044 square feet) of non-residential uses. The proposed unit mix is contemplated to
consist of 318 townhouse dwellings, and 748 apartment/seniors’ residence units within two 13-storey buildings.
