To facilitate an amendment to the VOP 2010 and expand the Woodbridge Centre Secondary Plan Area to include the entirety of the subject lands, redesignate portions of the subject land from "Private Open Space" to "Low-Rise Residential", "Low-Rise Mixed Use", "Infrastructure and Utilities", "Parks" and "Natural Areas" to allow the development of a golf course and associated uses.
