To permit the development of 520 residential dwelling units consisting of 177 deatched dwelling units 180 semi-detached units and 163 townhouses. The proposal also inlcudes an elementary school site for the Peel District School Boad and a neighbourhood park. Note: Jan 28/11 draft approval = 505 units. April 6/11 amendment to draft approval resulting from re-aligned roads (i.e., no intersection with MTO jurisdiction limit allowed) = 527 units.
