South of Kirby Rd and east of Hwy 50

To permit the temporary use of three (3) office trailers and the outside storage of intermodal containers, truck and trailer parking, for 3 years on the subject lands. There is an existing shared access from Highway 50, shared with the lands to the north that is proposed to be closed and a proposed full moves access from Cold Creek Road to service the development.
