Addition of one Kohler 180REOZJF diesel generator on the Northeast side (Summerlea Road) of the site parking lot. The diesel generator will be supported by a reinforced 7'x19'x1' concrete pad that will be surrounded by 9 bollards. On site trenching will be performed from generator across the parking lot drive lane and sidewalk to the building as per site plan.
