The proposed applications are required to facilitate the development of the subject lands for 51 single detached residential dwellings, 50 townhouse dwellings, three (3) high-density blocks, two (2) park blocks, one (1) buffer block, one (1) valley block, one (1) valley buffer block, one (1) walkway block, one (1) road widening block and associated public road rights-of-way. The draft plan of subdivision has generally been designed in accordance with the approved Block Plan 48-2.
