West of Jane Street, North of Teston Road

To facilitate the development of a distribution centre with office uses containing 15 loading bays for truck uses and 133 employee, visitor and accessible parking spaces, and an additional 3 Bicycle parking racks. The site proposes one access for passenger vehicles and a second access for truck use. This development makes up phase 3 of the associated SUBP.
